Finger Lakes Harvest Rhubarb Frozen Daiquiri

1 1/2 oz. light rum

1 1/2 oz. Finger Lakes Harvest Rhubarb Shrub* (* you may substitute your favorite flavor of shrub; or you may add 1 oz. of Strawberry Shrub for a strawberry-rhubarb pie cocktail!)

1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice

Blend ingredients with 1/2 cup of ice until slushy. Pour into cocktail glass and serve.
