Geneva Crabapple Sauce--Jay Freer Processed Fruits
This unusual treat is made here in Geneva, New York, by Freer Processed Fruits. The crabapple sauce is more like a cranberry sauce than an applesauce. It is both tart and sweet. It makes a nice side dish, a topping for waffles or pancakes, or a glaze for a pork roast or a turkey.
