Locavore Mulling Spices
A good, basic mulling spice blend for mulled wines and ciders. Mulling spices may also be incorporated into the brewing process to make spiced beer.
Cinnamon Chips, Orange Peel, Allspice, Cloves.
We recommend using 2 tablespoons of Mulling Spices per liquid gallon of cider, steeping loose for approximately 45 min, then straining. You may wish to fill mesh tea balls or to wrap the mulling spices in cheese cloth while steeping.
Packaged on equipment that also packages peanuts, tree nuts, soy and wheat.
